How the Import/Export Option Works
If you’re a school user who inputs your school’s private loan data into both your financial aid management system (FAMS) and ScholarNet, you may want to consider our import/export option to streamline your processing.
With ScholarNet’s import/export option, you’re able to simplify the entire private loan process. Once the loan is created in the school FAMS, the data can be securely imported into ScholarNet, immediately validated, and made available for the service provider. ScholarNet also creates response files and disbursement rosters, making them available for loading to the school FAMS – and ensuring that they’re updated with the most recent status.
Take It Up a Notch
For a truly hands-off experience, you may want to consider using Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP). Many of our customers have made the decision to automate their process using SFTP and found it to be very advantageous.
