At ScholarNet, we understand the importance of being thoughtful and planning enhancements to meet the needs of our customers. Our latest enhancements to FastChoice™ were well-received, and now it’s ScholarNet’s turn.
Why do a update – and how will it help me?
We used customer feedback to develop an enhanced user experience to provide the finest private loan processing experience – but with an intuitive design and more streamlined functionality. It’s designed to save you more time and simplify private loan processing.
The actual behind-the-scenes processing of loan certifications, loan changes, disbursements, and reporting remains the same, but the flow of processing loans will be a smoother process for you.
Do I have to do anything or make updates within my FAMS?
No, you don’t have to do a thing – just log in as usual. This enhancement is designed to work with your financial aid management system, with no changes or updates needed on your end.
