ScholarNet is closely monitoring the situation and taking proactive precautions to ensure the health and safety of our associates and customers.
In addition to empowering our associates to stay home if they experience any symptoms of an illness, ScholarNet has put our business continuity and incident response teams on high alert. We regularly test our business continuity plans, and our Client Services team is prepared to continue serving our school and lender partners using remote technology. We value the students who are the true customers of all the work we do and understand the importance of our role in helping them receive funds they need for their education.
Finally, out of an abundance of caution, ScholarNet is suspending the majority of our business travel until it’s determined that the risk of further outbreaks is substantially reduced.
