ScholarNet® and FastChoice™ were built for time savings, so leave it to us to provide some quick educational resources and tips to help you use these private loan processing solutions even more effectively and efficiently.


When you’re logged in, Tools, is where you’ll be putting ScholarNet to work for you. While we say we’re not fancy, the ScholarNet suite includes handy Reports (click on Report Inbox) that provide lots of useful information. You can set up subscriptions for many of them or create on-demand reports for other types of student loan-related data. ScholarNet’s SmartSearch functionality is user-friendly and makes it easy to find what you’re looking for.

Support Central

Frankly, we think ScholarNet and FastChoice come with enough built-in functionality, tools, and reporting to make it fun and easy to explore the capabilities of each.

But you’re bound to have questions sometimes. When you need a quick answer, log into your ScholarNet account, and you’ll find the Private Loan Processing Support section of Support Central, which offers additional great resources whenever you need them – even if you’re working at 2 a.m.

  • ScholarNet Tool Guide – This extensive guide describes how to manage and exchange private student loan data with another lender, servicer provider, or FAMS, giving screenshots and information about how to complete different actions using ScholarNet.
  • FastChoice Quick Start Guide – This easy reference provides easy-to-follow direction for the most actions you’ll need to take using FastChoice, such as creating custom views, adding or deleting lenders; displaying the order of student loan products; or selecting, activating, or deactivating educational content.
  • FastChoice Configuration Tool Guide – This reference details the ways you can configure the various parts of FastChoice to best suit your needs, using flexible education components, private student loan disclosures, and private loan selection features.
  • Central Disbursement Service (CDS) Overview – This guide shows you how to seamlessly collaborate with multiple lenders as you streamline receiving loan disbursements and returning funds.
