Tools
When you’re logged in, Tools, is where you’ll be putting ScholarNet to work for you. While we say we’re not fancy, the ScholarNet suite includes handy Reports (click on Report Inbox) that provide lots of useful information. You can set up subscriptions for many of them or create on-demand reports for other types of student loan-related data. ScholarNet’s SmartSearch functionality is user-friendly and makes it easy to find what you’re looking for.
Support Central
Frankly, we think ScholarNet and FastChoice come with enough built-in functionality, tools, and reporting to make it fun and easy to explore the capabilities of each.
But you’re bound to have questions sometimes. When you need a quick answer, log into your ScholarNet account, and you’ll find the Private Loan Processing Support section of Support Central, which offers additional great resources whenever you need them – even if you’re working at 2 a.m.
